My name is Fugon Mugen & this is my personal BlogSite dedicated to expressing my journey along the spiritual path of liberation & to helping others in this process of awakening as well.

It appears to me that a growing number of people in the West & around the World are beginning to wake up to themselves to see beyond the perpetuation of suffering. If humanity is to shift it’s direction away from destruction, Harmony must make its way back into the Heart of mankind. It is my work to help toward this aim. That said, man must choose for itself, it’s own destiny & I stand alone unmoved in the valley of the Universe with nothing to do & no exceptions. I bow to you.

I have been ordained as a lay monk in the Soto Zen lineage, however my personal journey has lead me to what I refer to as FreeZen.. This is zen unbound to any particular lineage, practice, or method. It is not a rigid practice, rather our natural harmony. Like water it is free to take countless shapes while the essence remains the same.

The aim of this path is true Liberation..

Liberation of Heart. Liberation of Mind. Liberation of Body.
